Marketplace Terms

These terms govern the use of EconiumX by learners, clients, teachers, freelancers and other marketplace participants.

1. Platform role

EconiumX provides technology for publishing requirements, matching users, communicating, booking, paying, delivering work and recording reputation. Unless expressly stated, EconiumX is not the teacher, employer, client or service provider in an engagement. Users remain responsible for deciding whether another user is suitable.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering contracts and provide accurate account information. People under 18 may use the platform only through an account controlled by a parent or legal guardian. Accounts may not be sold, shared deceptively or used to impersonate another person.

3. Requirements, offers and engagements

Published information must be accurate, lawful and relevant. A binding engagement begins only when the parties accept the recorded terms. Users must keep booking, messaging, payment and delivery activity inside EconiumX where the platform workflow requires it.

4. Provider obligations

Providers must describe skills, qualifications, availability and prices honestly; perform with reasonable care; meet agreed deadlines; protect confidential information; and comply with applicable professional, tax and licensing obligations.

5. Credits and subscriptions

Credits are a limited platform entitlement used to unlock lead responses. They are not money, cannot be transferred or withdrawn and do not guarantee selection or income. A lead is charged once on the first response. Subscription benefits continue only while the subscription remains active.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by regulated payment partners. “Protected payment” describes the platform workflow and evidence controls; EconiumX does not represent itself as a bank or statutory escrow provider. Releases, refunds, disputes and settlements follow the applicable payment-partner rules and recorded engagement evidence.

7. Reviews and ranking

Reviews require verified completion and may be withheld for manipulation or policy violations. Ranking considers relevance and platform-derived evidence. Paying for credits or membership does not purchase a higher ranking.

8. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, harassment, discrimination, unlawful services, credential falsification, review manipulation, malware, intellectual-property infringement, payment circumvention and attempts to compromise the platform are prohibited.

9. Suspension and termination

EconiumX may restrict or close accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, payment risk or policy enforcement. Where appropriate, users may be asked for evidence or allowed to respond before a final decision.

10. Liability and changes

The platform is provided subject to applicable law. EconiumX does not guarantee availability, earnings, selection or user performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material policy changes will be communicated through the platform or registered email.
