Trust and safety
Marketplace Safety Standards
EconiumX combines identity controls, protected workflows and evidence-based reputation. Verification reduces risk but is not a guarantee of conduct or quality.
Verification
Providers may be asked for identity, tax and payout evidence. Verification badges reflect the checks completed at that time and may be removed when information expires, changes or becomes unreliable.
Safe communication
Keep project and learning communication inside EconiumX. Do not share passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary identity documents. Requests to pay outside the platform, use unknown links or hide transaction details should be reported.
Learning involving minors
A parent or guardian must control the account, select the provider and supervise arrangements appropriate to the child’s age. Providers must not seek private off-platform contact with a minor.
Prohibited services
Users may not offer unlawful activity, academic cheating presented as original student work, financial fraud, harmful or exploitative services, regulated services without required authorisation, or content that violates another person’s rights.
Reviews and manipulation
Only completion-verified reviews contribute to reputation. Coordinated, duplicate, compensated, threatening or contact-containing reviews may be withheld or removed.
Reporting and emergencies
Use the in-platform report and dispute tools for account, message, delivery, payment or review concerns. EconiumX is not an emergency service; contact appropriate local emergency authorities where immediate safety is at risk.
Enforcement
Actions may include warnings, evidence requests, content removal, payment holds, ranking exclusion, account restrictions or permanent suspension. Decisions consider severity, recurrence, evidence quality and legal obligations.
