Privacy Policy

This policy explains how EconiumX handles personal information across account, marketplace, payment, verification and support activity.

Information collected

We collect account identifiers, profile details, requirements, messages, offers, delivery records, reviews, verification status, payment references, device and security events, and information you provide to support or dispute processes. Sensitive payment credentials are handled by payment partners rather than stored as full card or bank details by EconiumX.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, match requirements, process engagements, prevent fraud, verify users, provide support, send transactional notices, enforce policies, comply with law and improve marketplace performance.

Sharing

Relevant profile and engagement information is shared with counterparties when necessary. Data may also be shared with hosting, identity, payment, email, analytics and professional advisers acting under appropriate obligations, and with authorities when legally required.

Public information

Published provider profiles, verified ratings, completion evidence and selected professional information may be publicly visible. Contact, payout, tax and identity-document details are not displayed publicly.

Retention and security

Records are retained for as long as needed for service delivery, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. EconiumX applies access controls, signed payment verification, audit records and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

International processing

Because EconiumX is global, data may be processed outside your country. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards will be used where required.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Some records may need to be retained for payment, safety or legal reasons. Transactional notices necessary to operate an account cannot always be disabled while the account remains active.

Children

EconiumX is not intended for independent use by children under 18. Learning arrangements for minors must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.
