Payments, Credits and Refunds

This policy separates lead-access credits from payments made for teaching or professional services.

Credit purchases

Credits are issued only after verified payment confirmation. Purchased credits remain valid for the period shown at checkout, are non-transferable and have no cash value. Using credits unlocks the ability to respond; it does not guarantee selection or earnings.

Credit refunds

Credits used for a valid first response are generally not returned merely because the requester selects someone else. EconiumX may restore credits for duplicate charging, platform error, fraudulent or removed requirements, or where applicable law requires a remedy. Unused-purchase cancellation requests are assessed under applicable consumer law and payment-partner rules.

Subscriptions

Recurring plans renew through the connected payment partner after user authorisation. Renewal can be stopped for the next billing cycle. Benefits already issued for a paid cycle ordinarily continue until that cycle ends. Failed-payment retries and mandate handling follow the payment partner’s rules.

Engagement payments

Service payments are associated with recorded offers, milestones and delivery evidence. Payment capture does not itself prove successful delivery. Release, revision, refund and dispute decisions use the recorded engagement workflow.

Disputes and evidence

Users should raise a payment concern promptly and provide messages, submissions, attendance or other relevant evidence. EconiumX may temporarily restrict release while reviewing a dispute. Chargebacks submitted to a bank or payment partner remain subject to their independent procedures.

Fees, tax and currency

Prices, platform fees, applicable taxes and currency are shown before payment. Tax is not charged unless the required registration and jurisdictional rules are configured. Users remain responsible for their own income and professional tax obligations.
